Specialized Prototyping Service Custom Development:Our R&D team will create 2-3 bench samples based on your specific requirements (texture, active ingredients, fragrance).Standard Samples:If you are looking for speed-to-market, you can also request samples from our existing library of thousands of market-proven formulas. Sampling Cost & Policy Complimentary Samples:For a standard number of sample requests (typically 2-3 benchmarks), we do not charge a formulation fee. This allows you to experience our quality with zero initial R&D cost.Bulk Sample Requests:If your project requires an extensive range of samples or multiple complex variations, a nominal fee will be charged to maintain lab efficiency.Shipping Responsibility:While the samples themselves are often free, the international shipping/courier costs are to be covered by the client. We can ship via your designated courier account or arrange the shipment for you. Semi-Finished vs. Finished Samples Standard Samples (Semi-Finished):Our standard samples refer to the bulk formulation (the liquid/cream itself), typically provided in professional laboratory jars or plain containers for testing purposes. These do not include your final branded packaging.Custom Finished Samples:If you require samples to be provided in your specific choice of final packaging (bottles, tubes, or outer boxes), please contact us directly. Since this involves specialized filling and assembly, additional fees will apply for finished-product prototypes. Iterative Refinement Complimentary Adjustments:We include up to 2-3 rounds of complimentary formula adjustments based on your evaluation. Our chemists will refine the texture, scent, and performance until it perfectly aligns with your brand.Additional Rounds:Please note that any adjustments beyond the initial 3 rounds will incur an additional R&D fee. Full Stability Assurance Every sample sent to you is a result of our pre-verified stability logic.
