How soon will my formula samples ship?
Standard catalog formulas are prepared within 3–5 business days. Custom formulas take about 7 business days, depending on active ingredient sourcing.
Is there a limit on how many formulas I can request?
No. Whether you choose from our catalog or require custom development, we prepare samples strictly based on your actual business needs. Up to 3 formulas are prioritized per round, and any additional formulas are prepared in progressive batches.
Why must air freight be settled by T/T in advance?
Formula development and lab preparation are free. Air express is handled by a third-party freight forwarder, so the shipping cost must be prepaid before the courier collects your package. Alternatively, if you have your own freight forwarder in China, we can send your samples directly to their warehouse — we do not charge any additional shipping fee for this.
Do samples come in retail packaging?
Standard samples ship in unbranded 30ml laboratory containers. If you need finished containers with custom printed layouts and custom caps, contact our team for a personalized sample quote.
What's the difference between catalog and custom formulas?
Catalog formulas are market-proven bases — faster and more cost-effective, ready for private label. Custom formulas are developed from scratch to your brief and belong exclusively to your brand.
What do the 2 free revisions cover?
Sensory attributes within your original brief: viscosity, fragrance and absorption. Requests beyond the original brief are quoted as additional R&D.
Is my formula kept confidential?
Yes. We sign NDAs on request, and custom formulas are developed exclusively for you — they are never offered to or shared with any third party.
How soon can I scale after approving samples?
Private label production starts from 1,000 units per SKU. Samples and bulk production follow the same standard — first-article approval is available before full production.
How do I start?
